At Covetique, we want to make selling your designer items as stress-free and hassle-free as possible. Once you have submitted our Sell Now form and we have agreed the price of the items for sale, we offer two collection options:

Courier Pick-Up

We offer FREE collection of your garments from addresses across the UK. We will provide you with details of our courier partners to book a FREE collection at a day and time that suits you. When sending your garments via courier please ensure to:

• Pack your garments carefully in a secure bag or box
• Include all original tags, dustbags and boxes, where possible
• Clearly label the outside of the package with your name and unique reference number (provided by Covetique)

Royal Mail

You can also send us your items via Royal Mail. This option is currently at your expense. If you are sending us items via Royal Mail we recommend you insure them and obtain proof of postage. When sending us your garments please ensure to:

• Pack your garments securely in a sealed box or bag
• Include all original tags, dustbags and boxes, where possible
• Clearly label the outside of the package with your name and reference number (provided by Covetique)
• Obtain proof of postage
