    RETURNS

    At Covetique, we work hard to offer you the best shopping experience possible. We hope that you love each item that you buy, but if for some reason you’re not entirely satisfied we will offer you a return and refund.

    All items on Covetique.com have been pre-owned by a third party and the condition of each garment is clearly described on the website. Please read the description of the item and view the images carefully before purchasing.

     

    • You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your item. You can email contact@covetique.com, stating the reason for the return to receive a returns number.
    • You must return the item to us within 7 days of the issue of a returns number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel.
    • Returning the item to us is at your expense and we recommend that you send it by recorded or special delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
    • The item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and labels still attached.
    • Provided we receive the Item within 7 days of the returns number being issued, we shall refund, within 30 days of receipt of the returned item, the full cost of the item plus the original shipping cost (Please note shipping is only refunded if all items from a single order are returned). The refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the item.

    Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

     

    NOTE TO SELLERS

    If your item is returned by a buyer in-line with our returns policy above we will notify you and, once received and processed by our returns team, will relist your item at the same price it was previously listed.
